Responsibilities:
- Perform a variety of clerical and administrative tasks to support office operations.
- Provide excellent customer service to clients and visitors, both in person and over the phone.
- Maintain organized filing systems, both physical and digital.
- Handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion.
- Ability to work weekends.
Qualifications & Skills:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; further education is a plus.
- Must be bilingual in Spanish and English.
- Proven organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
- Strong customer service orientation and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency with basic computer software (e.g., MS Office) is preferred.
