Responsibilities
- Act as the liaison between technicians and customers
- Greet customers promptly and professionally
- Collect customer and vehicle information accurately
- Clearly document vehicle concerns as described by the customer
- Recommend maintenance based on vehicle age, mileage, and service history
- Prepare complete and accurate estimates for parts and labor
- Establish follow-up timelines and preferred communication methods
- Monitor repair progress throughout the day and keep customers informed
- Ensure final invoices align with completed work
- Review all repairs and charges with customers upon vehicle delivery
Requirements
- Proven track record of exceptional customer satisfaction
- Previous experience as a Service Advisor/Service Consultant required
- Highline dealership experience is a plus
- High energy, positive attitude, and professional demeanor
- Commitment to staying current with product knowledge and CSI training
- Desire for a long-term career with a growing organization
- Strong personal and professional integrity
- CDK experience and in-lane tablet experience preferred
Compensation
- $75,000 – $120,000 per year (based on experience and performance)
