Job Description

Title: Assembly II
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Perform complex kitting operations.
- Able to run tackle box kits with high quality.
- Is able to keep a high quality on any kitting or assembly project.
- Able to perform bottle and probes functions.
- Sets and uses scale whenever it is needed.
- Performs auto bagging functions appropriately.
- Worker has direct supervision at all times.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Must be willing to work 40 hours per week.
- Frequent lifting of up to 10 pounds with occasional lifting of up to 20 pounds.
- Work is done both standing up and sitting down throughout the workday.
- Regularly required to reach with hands and arms while rolling bolts.
- Regularly required to use hands to handle objects or tools.
- Ability to perform tasks of a repetitive nature.
- Knowledge of precautions necessary to work safely with and around warehouse equipment.
- The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
- Skill to work in a team-oriented environment.
- Ability to understand and carry out specific verbal or written instructions.
- Ability to complete tasks quickly, neatly, accurately, and carefully.
- Ability to stay on task and not be easily distracted by surrounding activities.
- Ability to handle pressure of deadlines and stay patient while tasks are being performed.
