Lawn Care Tech

Peoria Lawn in Bartonville, IL is looking for one lawn care tech to join our 10 person strong team. We are located on 4201 Pfeiffer Rd. Our ideal candidate is self-driven, motivated, and hard-working. Our highest paid tech to date is a 17 year old who averaged around $21.50 per hour at 20% and 4.8 review rating. We are looking for those who want to earn more in less time than the hourly employees.

Open Interviews every Monday & Tuesday from 9am-12pm at 4201 Pfeiffer Rd, Bartonville IL 61607. Starting pay is $15-16 per hour training pay... Some will prove they are worth more their 1st day, while others may be on training pay for a few weeks, or even a few months depending on individual progress. Should you prove yourself to be knowledgeable, you could move right into a Crew Leadership position within the 1st few weeks of starting here at Peoria Lawn.

Pay is often based on Performance... Hourly pay raises are based mainly on client reviews of your services you provided. Performance Pay is based on both client reviews and finished job revenue to which you earn a %. Tips may be earned on both hourly or performance pay.

Responsibilities

• Show up to work when scheduled
• Request any days off you need in advance of schedules being publish
• Perform Daily Inspections and General Maintenance on Your Equipment
• Turn in equipment needing serviced or repaired ASAP
• Give our clients nothing but 5-Star Service during every service visit
• Grow your knowledge and skill base in the lawn care industry to further advance your career in the lawn care industry

Qualifications

• Must have and maintain a Valid Drivers License
• Must have a phone and email
• Must have reliable trans to work (Note: Our staging area is on a bus route)
• Must be over 18 year old
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule
• Must be able to work longer days and/or weekends when we are behind in work.
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs. (Salt Bags)
• Must be available during the winter months for Snow Removal Operations and Other Tasks
