Peoria Lawn has been growing since 2011. We need experienced Lawn Care Professionals who are ready to give up the time clock for a percentage off each job. You will often work by yourself, or you can split the percentage with another coworker. The percentage you earn will be greatly determined by the clients you service. The better the service, the higher percentage you can earn. Current percentage is 20% and a motivated lawn care professional doing quality work can earn $800- $1000 per week.

We are looking for those individuals driven to earn $20 per hour while providing 5-Star Service to the best clients in Peoria and surrounding areas. Responsibilities
- Show up when scheduled ready to go out and service clients.
- Individually maintain about 8-10 lawns per day, or 14-20 on a team of 2.
- Maintain a 4.8 Star Rating from Clients
- Maintain Equipment (PMCS (Preventive Maintenance Checks and Services))
- Keep Equipment clean and in operational condition.
- Report any damages to properties serviced and/or equipment.
Qualifications
- Must be over 18 years of age
- Have a valid Illinois Drivers License and Social Security Card.
- Have a Clean Driving Record for at least 2 years.
- Must pass a drug screening and background check
- Willing to submit to random drug screening/testing at any time. (100% required if involved in an accident).
- Must be very knowledgeable in all things lawn care such as mowing, weed eating, mulching, aerating, dethatching, hedge trimming, gutter cleaning, tree trimming, etc.
- Have General Knowledge all things snow removal and be prepared for some very long days during snow operations.

- Be Drug & Alcohol Free: This will reduce your sick days and/or loss of pay. You will be sent home if we suspect you are on drugs and/or alcohol as you can not operate equipment.
- Horticulture Certificate: A certificate in horticulture tells us you have college studies that relates to our industry. Soil sampling, plant health, fertilization, etc. is all part of producing a healthier lawn for our clients.
- Chemical Applicators License: If you have an applicators license, or would like to learn more about becoming an applicator, let us know.
- Tree Removal Experience: Tree service is not something we really push, but if we have the experience and can take down a tree safely, we may tackle it.
- Construction Experience… Bachman Property will often keep us busier during winter/slow times. Cleaning, Painting, and General Construction are some of the things we do to keep busy.
Winter Note:
Days get shorter and colder during the winter. At Peoria Lawn we can generally keep you working during the winter even if it is only part-time. The more experience you have in construction, the more hours you can have. Our slow period runs about Mid December through Mid March. Unemployment will help get you through the winter if we can not provide you with enough work to keep you busy. Even with unemployment, you are required to be available to prepare vehicles, pretreat, and help clear Winter Storms. Winter Storms often require 12 hours shifts and will often last about 2 days.
