About the Role
We're seeking a full-time Grower to join one of three teams, each responsible for their own section of our 10-acre greenhouse operation.
- Whole-crop stewardship: Guiding crops from seed and cutting to high-quality finished plants
- IPM: reduce reliance on pesticides using scouting and beneficial insects
- Collaborate with company leaders to develop crop plans
- Contribute to continuous improvement and company growth initiatives
What we’re looking for
- A degree in Horticulture or 4 years of hands-on greenhouse production experience preferred
- Someone who listens well, communicates clearly, and works well with others
- Someone who sees every crop as a chance to grow
