Your Role as Production Manager

Step into a key leadership role as our Production Manager in Illinois, where you'll drive the strategic direction and daily efficiency of our production operations. In this position, you’ll lead efforts to streamline workflows, elevate team performance, and uphold exceptional quality standards across the board. You’ll oversee day‑to‑day production activities, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and introduce innovative solutions that strengthen operations and advance the company’s long-term goals. This is an exciting opportunity for a results-driven leader eager to make a measurable impact on our production success.

 

Furthermore, you will hold the following responsibilities:

🧭 Leadership & Strategic Direction• Provide strategic guidance and day-to-day leadership for production operations.• Mentor, train, and manage staff to ensure optimal performance and growth.• Foster a high-performance, safety-first culture on the production floor.

 

⚙️ Operations & Process Management• Oversee scheduling, staffing, and coordination of production activities.• Drive efficiency through continuous improvement and workflow redesign.• Enhance internal communications and cross-functional alignment.

 

🖥️ Technical Oversight & System Management• Leverage ERP and MES systems to monitor production data and inventory.• Ensure compliance with quality standards and optimize resource utilization.• Collaborate with leadership to align production with organizational goals.

 

🌍 Other duties as assigned• Support cross-border coordination and contribute to global operations planning.• Maintain documentation and reporting to support audits and performance reviews.

✔ The following Qualifications• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Electronics, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field• 10–15 years of experience in production operations or process management• Minimum 5 years in a managerial or leadership role• Familiarity with electronics or battery manufacturing is a plus• Korean language skills and cultural familiarity are highly desirable
