We're scaling fast, 10 new client logos in 2026 and an expanding AI practice built on Agentforce and Data Cloud. Our technical Project Leads have been absorbing PM work that isn't theirs to carry. This hire fixes that: you own the project (client relationship, schedule, scope, risk). Technical leads own the solution (architecture, build quality). Clear lanes, better delivery, happier clients.

What You'll Own
- Full delivery accountability across a portfolio of Salesforce implementations, including our growing Agentforce/AI project mix
- Primary client relationship, kickoff through closeout
- Scope, timeline, budget, and risk, managed independently
- Coordination of blended onshore offshore teams
- A documented PM playbook that becomes the Redpath delivery standard
What You Bring
- 5 years senior PM experience in professional services, consulting, or enterprise technology implementation
- Prior experience in a Salesforce SI firm, enterprise software implementation, or technology consulting environment (Salesforce certification not required)
- Track record of independent, client-facing delivery on complex, multi-stakeholder projects
- Experience managing distributed or offshore teams
- Strong negotiation and executive communication skills

Salesforce platform familiarity (Education Cloud, Nonprofit Cloud, Agentforce, or Data Cloud) · AI/agentic tools experience · Higher education or nonprofit sector experience · PMP or equivalent · Experience building PM methodology from scratch
