Responsibilities
PeopleTec is currently seeking a Senior Test Engineer to support our Colorado Springs, CO location.
Qualifications
Required Skills/Experience:
- Lead Developmental Test and Evaluation (DT&E) for U.S. Government cyber systems.
- Work with customers and developers to establish test strategies.
- Develop test plans that define test objectives, scope, approach, success criteria and exit conditions.
- Analyze system, subsystem, and component capabilities to determine test requirements ensuring traceability throughout testing.
- Establish test data capture methods for analysis.
- Prepare test reports that accurately summarize findings and recommendations.
- Familiarity with working in both Windows and Linux environments.
- Travel: 10 %
- Must be a U.S. Citizen
- An active DoD TS/SCI clearance is required to perform this work. Candidates are required to have an active TS/SCI clearance upon hire, and the ability to maintain this level of clearance during their employment.
Education Requirements:
- BS in Computer Science; Computer Engineering, Information Systems; or equivalent.
Desired Skills:
- Experience with U.S. Government Test & Evaluation (T&E)
- Experience in performing Operational Test (OT)
- Masters in Computer Science; Computer Engineering, Information Systems; or equivalent.

In compliance with Colorado's Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, the salary range for this role is ~$150,000 - $200,000; however, PeopleTec considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to the role and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, education/training, and critical skills.
