Support day-to-day operations through SharePoint tools, workflow management, requirements tracking, and coordination across teams.
Responsibilities
- Meet with customers to identify needs, document requirements, and recommend solutions.
- Review existing processes and implement improvements that reduce administrative effort, improve visibility, and support timely completion of work.
- Develop and maintain SharePoint sites, lists, document libraries, and workflows to support customer activities.
- Support user permissions, automated notifications, and requirements routing and tracking.
- Coordinate with customers and supporting offices to resolve issues and monitor progress.
- Prepare status updates, maintain process documentation, assist users, and perform other related operational and administrative tasks.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
- At least five years of experience supporting customer requirements, business operations, logistics, or acquisition activities.
- Experience using SharePoint to manage information, track requirements, or support workflows.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to evaluate processes, organize competing priorities, and communicate effectively with customers and team members.
