What are the responsibilities and job description for the Mid-Level Data Analyst position at PeopleTec, Inc.?
PeopleTec is currently seeking a Mid-Level Data Analyst to support our Huntsville, AL location.
Job Functions:
- Responsible for carrying out engineering tasks to deliver an advanced visual analytic application to include:
- Developing data analytics for desktop and web-developed visual analytic software
- Facilitating the bulk analysis of relational information utilizing advanced graphics, visualization, and high-performance computing, as well as using the specified open source, COTS, and GOTS technologies
- Establishing an application that produces manageable, actionable intelligence from streams of a structured and semi-structured data.
- Design strategies for enterprise database systems and set standards for operations, programming, and security.
- Design and construct large relational databases.
- Integrate new systems with existing warehouse structure and refine system performance and functionality.
Required Skills/Experience:
- 5 years of experience
- Knowledge of Advanced Data Querying such as SQL
- Knowledge of BI & Dashboard Development such as Power BI/Tableau
- Knowledge of Statistical Scripting such as Python/R
- Knowledge of Data Pipelines & Warehousing (ETL/ELT)
- Must be a U.S. Citizen
- An active DoD Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility is required to perform this work. Candidates are required to have an active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility upon hire, and the ability to maintain this level of clearance during their employment.
Education Requirements:
- BS or B.A. Degree
