Hiring Office Assistants Immediately
Job duties : We are looking for Office Assistants ( Bilingual - English and Spanish). Must have experience on Microsoft office Programs.
Able to answer all calls, prioritize and organize them according to urgency.
Operate and manage a multi-line telephone console system.
Maintain and update call logs, call records and other important documentation.
Must have your own transportation with a valid DL.
This is a Full time and Permanent Job, Monday to Friday, 40 plus hours in a week, Weekly payment through Payroll.
Pay : Depending on Experience.
