Job Overview :
We are seeking a Receptionist and Switchboard Operator to join our team at a client site. This position involves answering phones, responding to emails, sorting and processing incoming mail (light volume), and handling checks with high attention to detail.

Location : Carlstadt, NJ 07072
Schedule : Monday–Friday, 8 : 00 AM – 5 : 00 PM
Pay Rate : $20.42 – $23.00 per hour
Dress Code : Business Casual
COVID Vaccine Requirements : None
Key Responsibilities :
- Answer and transfer calls from across the United States.
- Greet visitors and distribute name badges.
- Schedule meeting rooms.
- Perform light administrative duties.
- Provide PC support as needed.
- Update company phone lists, messaging center, and company calendar.
- Assist other departments with administrative tasks when needed.
- Order and distribute promotional materials.
