About the Job
We are hiring for a clean and organized manufacturing facility in North Aurora. This is a handson job where you will work with molds, use simple power tools, and stay active throughout the day. No experience is needed — we will train you. Site tours are available so you can see the job before starting.
What You Will Do
- Use basic power tools (pneumatic wrench) to open and close molds
- Remove finished parts from the molds
- Clean molds using water — no chemicals involved
- Wipe, dip, and wash molds to get them ready for the next cycle
- Keep your work area clean and organized
- Work with your hands and get a little dirty during the process
- Stand, move, and stay active for the entire shift
What You Need
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Comfortable being on your feet all day
- Willing to learn and work with tools
- Able to do repetitive tasks
- Reliable and ready to work every day
