About the role We are looking for a hands‑on Supply Chain Coordinator to support end‑to‑end supply chain activities across the Nordics and South Africa. This role is ideal for someone with a growth mindset who is curious, proactive, and eager to learn, and who enjoys working close to the operation. You will be actively involved in planning, analysis, coordination, and issue resolution, while continuously looking for opportunities to improve processes, collaboration, and outcomes. You will work closely with the Supply Chain Manager Nordics & South Africa, as well as Commercial, Finance, Customer Fulfilment, and Global Supply Chain teams, playing a key role in ensuring reliable product supply, high service levels, and compliance in a regulated environment. What you will do Own Supply Chain operations for the Nordics & South Africa, including demand planning, forecasting, S&OP, inventory management, country logistics, and continuous improvement. Lead the monthly demand review process, ensuring alignment and consensus between Commercial, Finance, and Supply Chain. Analyse, consolidate, and prepare monthly demand and supply reports, identifying gaps and mitigation actions. Ensure high service levels while optimising cost and working capital. Manage supply and backorder situations through close coordination with central planning teams. Oversee 3PL warehousing and logistics partners, monitoring performance, service levels, and costs. Manage locally sourced products and supplier relationships. Ensure full compliance with GDP requirements, regulatory obligations, and internal procedures. Actively participate in the local GDP Management team. Maintain oversight of narcotic and psychotropic products, including reporting, monitoring sales patterns, import/export authorisations, and security stock levels. Work closely with commercial teams and wholesalers to support business needs. What we are looking for University degree in Operations, Supply Chain, Business, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent experience). 3–5 years’ experience in supply chain operations within a regulated industry (pharma experience is a strong advantage). APICS, PE or similar certification. Solid understanding of demand and supply planning, logistics, and inventory management. Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into clear insights. Confident communicator who collaborates well with multicultural, cross‑functional teams. Curiosity, willingness to learn, and a continuous‑improvement mindset. Fluent in English; knowledge of a Nordic language is a plus.
