Our Preferred Candidate will have:
- Recentmortgage loan origination or mortgage processing experience
- A comprehensive understanding of mortgage regulations including RESPA, TILA and the Equal Credit Opportunity Act
- A current NMLS#
- A solid working knowledge of the Maine real estate market
- Goal driven
- A winning attitude with a need to have fun at work
- Outstanding customer service background and member first approach

Job Requirements
- College degree preferred but will consider equivalent experience
- Experience running AUS on Fannie Mae/Freddie Mac files
- Experience with government loans
- Familiarity with borrower support documents, income calculations, sales agreements, appraisals, etc.
- Reliable transportation
- Flexibility to work untraditional hours if/when needed
Other Skills
- Sales experience or background in sales of some kind
- Energy, drive, ambition, personable
- Ability to effectively and comfortably communicate/network with members, large groups, realtors, CPAs, attorneys, and other business partners
- Experience with Encompass is a plus
