What are the responsibilities and job description for the Concert Usher position at Peoples' Symphony Concerts?
Concert ushers needed for 12 Saturday evenings from October to May assisting Peoples' Symphony Concerts team with event production. Responsibilities include to collect or scan tickets, direct patrons to restrooms and entrances/exits to auditorium, assist with elevator use, and other duties as assigned. Ushers are required to arrive by 6:15 PM and conclude their duties by 8:45 PM. English proficiency is required; other languages are a plus. You must be able to stand for up to two hours during that period and lift up to 20 pounds.
