Full-time position at SAFE, a residential, trauma-informed shelter program for adults harmed by domestic violence and their children. Shelters are located in Kent and Sussex Counties. Primary responsibilities include managing the program database, generating monthly, quarterly, and annual reports; teaching and assisting staff with the database; and scheduling and overseeing regular maintenance and necessary repairs for shelters and vehicles. Other responsibilities include responding to hotline calls and ensuring a safe, therapeutic environment that promotes residents' well-being. Experience in data entry, data analysis, and report generation is required. Must have a Delaware driver's license and be able to drive. The position is based on two shelters. Must be flexible, organized, and able to meet deadlines. An associate's degree is preferred. Experience working in trauma-informed programs is preferred.
