We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Bank Receptionist. As the first point of contact for our customers, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and creating a positive experience for all who visit our bank.

Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome customers as they enter the bank
- Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate department or individual
- Provide information about bank products and services to customers
- Schedule appointments for customers with bank representatives
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
- Answer customer questions and refer them to the appropriate department
- Collaborate with other bank staff to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Performs other duties as assigned
