Job Skills / Requirements
The ITM Video Teller Manager is responsible for increasing customer loyalty by ensuring consistent, positive, and valuable customer Interactive Teller Machine Experiences. The manager will provide ITM support and problem resolution by determining customer needs, processing transactions, leading the team of ITM Video Tellers and performing ITM Video Teller duties as needed.
The ITM Video Teller Manager will provide day-to-day support and coaching to ITM Video Tellers around customer service, products, operational policies, procedures. and internal controls to ensure compliance with bank policy standards. The manager will partner with the VP of Marketing and Customer Experience on customer service training and issues related to bank image. The ITM Video Teller Manager will partner with both operations and retail staff to provide problem resolution for escalated customer issues.
Education Requirements (All)
High School Diploma/GED
