What are the responsibilities and job description for the ITM Teller Full Time Winchester Kentucky position at Peoples Exchange Bank?
The ITM VIDEO Teller engages customers via the Interactive Teller Machines (ITMs) by displaying extraordinary presentation and communication skills on video. This includes handling requests for balance information, transfers, loan payments, product information, and customer service on deposit and loan accounts. Interactive Tellers provide service and support for customers handling routine requests, as well as those that may require extensive research and use of problem-solving skills to identify and resolve issues.
The Interactive Teller's expected to possess superior knowledge of the bank’s products and services. This individual identifies and refers opportunities to expand our customer’s relationship with the bank to the appropriate team members. An Interactive Teller must excel in a fast-paced environment with exceptional time management skills, balancing customer interaction via ITMs located at multiple locations. This position takes complete ownership of the customer’s needs while meeting the Bank’s performance standards.
Employees must be able to pass the following pre screening:
Credit Screening – The credit screening includes a credit history check, financial fitness check, and other non-specified criteria to confirm eligibility for a position.
Background Screening - The background screening process includes a review of all federal and state civil and criminal charges for all locations you have lived at within the last seven years.
Drug Testing – The drug test will be a urine test. We check for a number of substances including Marijuana.
Employment and Education - The bank may also investigate the employment and education background of an employee. We reserve the right to deny or terminate employment based on the results of that review.
