Job Skills / Requirements
Role:
Provides a wide range of support to VP Deposit Operations and is responsible for monitoring and processing all items related to the Deposit Operations of the Bank.
Essential Functions & Responsibilities:
Process incoming or outgoing wire transfers.
Assist front-line deposit employees with questions and balancing issues.
Review presented exception items using appropriate software.
Process deposit related account or employee corrections.
Monitor multiple internal communication channels.
Cash Management setup and support.
Safe deposit or storage boxes input and maintenance.
Process online accounts and maintain StartFresh program.
Other duties as assigned.
Employees must be able to pass the following pre screening:
Credit Screening – The credit screening includes a credit history check, financial fitness check, and other non-specified criteria to confirm eligibility for a position.
Testing:
Background Screening - The background screening process includes a review of all federal and state civil and criminal charges for all locations you have lived at within the last seven years.
Drug Testing – The drug test will be a urine test. We check for a number of substances including Marijuana.
Employment and Education - The bank may also investigate the employment and education background of an employee. We reserve the right to deny or terminate employment based on the results of that review.
Education Requirements (All)
Five years to more years of similar or related experience.
High School Diploma/GED
