Role Description
We are seeking a full-time, on-site Property Manager for our facility in Canton, OH. The Property Manager will oversee daily operations, including maintaining the appearance and functionality of the facility, assisting customers with their storage needs, and ensuring a high standard of customer service. This role will involve managing rental agreements, handling payments, addressing customer inquiries, and ensuring adherence to company policies. Other responsibilities include maintaining inventory, keeping accurate records, and reporting on facility performance. The Property Manager will also lead efforts to attract and retain customers and support the success of the facility. Hourly rate is $17-$19/hr based on experience.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in managing customer relationships, providing exceptional service, and resolving customer inquiries effectively.
- Ability to oversee operations, manage budgets, and ensure proper maintenance of property and equipment.
- Communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills necessary for successfully managing a property and interacting with staff and customers.
- Experience in marketing or sales, including attracting new customers and maintaining existing customer relationships.
- Proficiency in basic computer usage, including using reservation systems and office software like Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and take initiative to improve operations.
- Knowledge of the storage industry and basic accounting practices is a plus.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
