What are the responsibilities and job description for the Retail Support Personal Banker position at PEOPLES BANK MASTER?
Deliver Exceptional Customer Service including engaging customers about their financial needs and our services. Recommend, open, and document appropriate accounts and related services. Recommend other appropriate products and services offered by Peoples Bank and make referrals to business partners. Supports Peoples Bank goals, mission statement, new initiatives, and customer-focused sales culture.
Qualifications:Required Education/Knowledge:
- High School Diploma required.
- Equivalent of Associates to Bachelor’s degree in Business, or equivalent experience a plus.
- One to three years of experience in branch banking, retail sales or general customer service.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
- Excellent customer service skills, attentiveness, information retention, tact and diplomacy in dealing with both customer and employees.
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Strong sales skills and ability to assess customer needs and identify appropriate cross-sales opportunities.
- Basic math skills
- Detail oriented with a high degree of accuracy
- Competence with computers, telephones, and other office machinery.
- Able to travel extensively by automobile to service customers within the assigned business center market area.
