Qualifications:
Required Education/Knowledge:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Business preferred
- Broad knowledge of applicable banking policies and regulations
Required Experience:
- Three to five years’ bank related banking and lending and experience
Required Skills:
- Overall sales aptitude
- Strong interpersonal skills to interact with individual and business customers
- Ability to maintain a positive role in the local community
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills to assess overall branch performance and evaluate risk performance related to business decisions.
- Ability to travel extensively by automobile to service customers within assigned branch market area
- Effective organizational, planning, and leadership skills.
