What are the responsibilities and job description for the Electrician position at PeopleReady Skilled Trades?
PeopleReady Skilled Trades is seeking experienced Commercial Electricians with low-voltage HVAC controls experience for an upcoming project.
Pay: $39.40 per hour
Job Duties:
Install and route low-voltage wiring for HVAC control systems
Pull, test, and terminate Cat6 cable and control wiring
Install electrical boxes, supports, sensors, thermostats, controllers, and related devices
Read and interpret electrical blueprints, wiring diagrams, and control schematics
Test circuits and wiring using meters and other electrical testing equipment
Troubleshoot damaged wiring, faulty connections, and control circuit issues
Label, secure, and organize wiring according to project specifications
Coordinate electrical installations with HVAC technicians and other trades
Follow the National Electrical Code and all jobsite safety requirements
Previous commercial electrical experience
Experience installing low-voltage HVAC control wiring
Knowledge of Cat6 wiring, terminations, and testing
Ability to read electrical drawings and control schematics
Must have all necessary electrician hand tools
Ability to work independently and complete installations accurately
