We are seeking a skilled and experienced Journeyman Carpenter to join our team for a residential home renovation project. If you have a strong background in carpentry and a commitment to delivering high-quality work, we want to hear from you!
Job Responsibilities:
- Replace 6x6 sill plates and perform wood framing.
- Install and replace flooring.
- Build new walls, and handle siding installation/replacement.
- Assist with roof replacement (work limited to inside the home; no exterior roof work required).
- Perform ad hoc tasks as needed to support the project.
- Minimum 7 years experience as a carpenter
- Must bring your own standard hand tools.
- Personal protective equipment (PPE) is required, including a hard hat, safety vest, safety glasses, gloves, pants, and steel or composite-toe work boots.
- Strong attention to detail, reliability, and safety-consciousness.
Schedule & Details:
- Hours: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM (hours may fluctuate based on site needs).
- Parking: Free parking available on-site.
