Job Description
We are seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer for an onsite position in Addison, TX, specializing in schematic capture, PCB design, and electrical circuit development. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with electrical design, schematic creation, PCB layout, circuit analysis, and hardware development. The role will involve developing and reviewing electrical designs, troubleshooting hardware, and collaborating with cross-functional engineering teams.
Key Requirements
- 5 years of experience in Electrical Engineering / Hardware Design.
- Strong experience in Schematic Capture and PCB Design.
- Hands-on experience with Altium Designer, OrCAD, or similar PCB design tools.
- Strong knowledge of analog and digital circuit design.
- Experience with PCB layout, component selection, and circuit analysis.
- Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and technical drawings.
- Experience with hardware testing, debugging, and troubleshooting.
- Knowledge of signal integrity, power integrity, and EMI/EMC is preferred.
- Experience with embedded hardware/electronics is a plus.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field preferred.
- Must be available to work onsite in Addison, TX.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop electrical schematics and PCB assemblies.
- Perform schematic capture, PCB layout, and design reviews.
- Analyze circuits and support component selection and hardware development.
- Troubleshoot and resolve electrical and hardware issues.
- Conduct design verification, testing, and debugging of electronic systems.
- Review PCB designs for signal integrity, power integrity, EMI/EMC, and manufacturability.
- Create and maintain engineering documentation, schematics, and design specifications.
- Collaborate with mechanical, firmware, manufacturing, and other engineering teams.
- Support prototype development, testing, and production release.
- Identify design improvements and ensure compliance with applicable engineering standards.
Salary : $80 - $85
