Warehouse Associate

Flint, MI

Base Pay: $18.00 per hour

Position Summary:
Material Handler for a warehouse focused on storing Walmart renovation materials, including small shelves, cork boards, and similar items.

Job Duties:

• Unload incoming trucks and verify shipments for accuracy.

• Check for damaged items and report any discrepancies.

• Sort and place materials in their designated storage areas while maintaining accurate inventory records.

• Perform routine inventory counts and audits.

• Help organize and properly label inventory.

• Pick and prepare orders according to customer specifications using both manual handling and forklifts.

• Get products ready for shipment, making sure all labels and paperwork are correct.

• Operate warehouse equipment such as electric pallet jacks and reach trucks.

• Follow all required safety procedures while handling materials.

• Maintain a clean, neat, and organized warehouse.
