Peoplelink Staffing Solutions in partnership with a prominent client in Kenosha WI within the Warehouse industry.

Utility Worker Job Summary:
Maintaining cleanliness, safety, and operational efficiency across various facilities.Skilled in performing a wide range of general labor duties, including cleaning, minor maintenance, equipment operation, and waste management.

1st Shift Utility Worker:
Pay Starting at $18
Monday – Friday with OT as needed.
1st Shift Hours 7am-3:30pm

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assist with loading/unloading materials and moving products.

• Support machine operators and keep production areas clean.

• Perform basic inspections and remove defective cans.

• Handle scrap and waste according to safety and recycling guidelines.

• Package and palletize finished cans for shipping.

• Follow safety rules and wear required PPE.

• Complete cleaning and general maintenance tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)

• Prior experience in manufacturing or general labor

• Ability to lift 50 lbs and perform physical tasks

• Basic understanding of safety procedures

• Good communication and teamwork skills

• Willingness to work flexible shifts

• Reliable, punctual, and able to follow instructions
