Distribution Center Associate - Forklift Operator

Peoplelink Staffing is in partnership with a leading logistics and supply chain company and we are currently hiring Forklift Operators.

• Pay: $15-$18/hr

• Shifts Available:
  • 1st Shift: 6:00am - 2:30pm (rotating weekends)
  • 2nd Shift: 2:30pm - 11:00pm
  • 3rd Shift: 11:00pm - 7:30am

• Manually pick orders and stage product onto pallets
• Build pallets using correct containers
• Package finished product (shrink wrapping, boxing, labeling)
• Stage finished goods for loading and load/unload trucks
• Move raw materials to warehouse storage areas
• Use RF scanning equipment
• Perform preventive maintenance on material handling equipment
• Follow all safety procedures and lockout/tagout requirements
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and organization
• Complete daily logs and documentation
• Operate forklifts or other material-handling equipment
• Ensure all outbound product meets quality standards
• Additional duties as assigned

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Basic reading, writing, and math skills
• Manual dexterity required for operating equipment
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs as needed
• Ability to stand for long periods and work in temperatures as low as 35°F
• Flexible to work different shifts and overtime
• High School Diploma or GED preferred
• Forklift experience or certification preferred
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) a plus
