Team Lead Job Summary
- 1st shift 7am-3pm
- Overtime as needed
- Weekend work required
- $18.00 to start

- Develop and/or improve standardized work instructions to support both customer and supplier inspection and rework projects
- Understand and meet customer production, quality, and delivery time expectations
- Capability to evaluate all support staff for efficiency, accuracy, competence of duty, and make recommendations to management for worker retention and promotability
- Drive customer service through regular customer interaction
- Read, comprehend, and execute written work instructions
- Verify and correct project documentation
- Perform layered audits
- Assist with problem solving customer complaints using various problem solving methods and root cause analysis
- Assist with inspector training
- High School Diploma or GED
- Valid Driver’s License
- Previous quality inspection experience preferred
- Proven experience leading a team
- Ability to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch and manipulate weights of 10-50 pounds
- Strong hand/eye coordination with arm/hand/finger dexterity including the ability to grasp with visual acuity
- Corrected 20/20 vision with no color blindness
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to stand, walk, and manipulate weights of 10 to 50 pounds throughout the shift

Salary : $18
