Home Care Worker Job SummaryCares for elderly, at individual's homeGeneral AccountabilitiesAssists with daily activities at individual's home.Perform tasks including but not limited to making beds, doing laundry, preparing meals, washing dishes, ironing, cleaning, bathing, dressing, etc.Helps patient up and down stairs, in and out of bed, etc.Observe and remind oral medication administering.Accompanies patients outside of home.Entertains and engage patient in a variety of activities, like reading, talking, listening to individual, playing games, upon request.Update family about status/health of individual being cared for.*The company reserves the right to add or change duties at any time.Job QualificationsEducation: General EducationExperience: At least 1-2 years of related experienceMust Read and Write EnglishBilingual: English/FilipinoSkillsQuick learner, Active listening, Monitoring, Critical thinking
