Title: Associate Brand Manager
Client: Mid Market Fast Moving Consumer Products (Division of $20B International Manufacture)
Compensation: $95,000-$105,000 10% Bonus
Location: Chicago, IL (Hybrid – 50% onsite) - Close to train

Key Responsibilities
Marketing Strategy & Planning
- Support the development of annual marketing and sales plans, including volume, revenue, and SKU-level forecasts.
- Assist with budget management for advertising, promotions, and research initiatives.
- Conduct market and competitive analyses to help define brand positioning.
- Coordinate with design and production agencies to develop and approve packaging and artwork.
- Support implementation of integrated marketing and media campaigns.
- Analyze performance and ROI of digital and traditional media efforts.
- Collaborate with internal or external social/eCommerce teams to develop online content and promotions.
- Manage brand presence across eCommerce platforms
- Develop and execute consumer promotions, sponsorships, and co-marketing programs.
- Partner with Trade Marketing to optimize promotional plans and track results.
- Monitor brand KPIs, sales trends, and consumer metrics; propose action plans as needed.
- Participate in packaging, flavor, or concept testing; analyze results and develop insights.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in brand marketing, preferably within the food, beverage, or CPG industry .
- Exp with syndicated data sources (IRI, Circana, or Nielsen).
- Exp with social media and eCommerce platforms.
- Exp to shopper marketing or digital activation.
- Advanced Excel and/or data visualization skills.
Salary : $95,000 - $105,000
