Purpose
People, Technology and Processes, LLC is seeking contractors to provide support to the TRADOC Enterprise KM Program. The goal of the TRADOC Enterprise KM Program is to create and implement the TRADOC KM strategy and improve organizational performance by establishing an environment and culture that efficiently shares knowledge, leverages data/content, and continuously innovates and improves work and business processes. The KM Program effectively harnesses the critical relationship between people, process, technology in the context of the organizational structure in creating, applying, organizing, and transferring know-how, experience, and expertise to support organizational learning and timely decision-making.
Required Education/Certifications:
- Bachelor's degree (preferred)
- Teaching and training development certification from any service school within the past 5 years.
- Experience in successfully providing formal classroom instruction, developing training support materials, applying instructional system design (ISD) and systems approach to training (SAT) practices, developing curriculum/lesson plans/programs of instruction (POI) and Training Support Packages (TSP); use of interactive multimedia instruction; building and maintaining asynchronous online training courses, conducting virtual internet-based instruction; applying gamification concepts to learning, and other current/emerging training and education theories, practices and technologies.
- Experience, and background in successfully designing, authoring, and employing web interfaces, multimedia products, audio/video content management, and interactive graphics.
- 2-3 years’ experience and background in producing online courses.
- 5 years’ experience in writing, editing military (Army preferred) doctrinal manuals and publications.
