- Own the Quality Management Plan (QMP) aligned to contract requirements, NAVSEA policies, and internal standards.
- Establish and manage QA processes for all task orders, including checklists, acceptance criteria, workflows, and version control.
- Lead reviews for all contractual deliverables (e.g., technical reports, program plans, schedules, metrics dashboards), ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timeliness.
- Define, track, and report Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Service Level Agreements (SLAs); drive root-cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions (CAPA).
- Coordinate readiness for audits/inspections and respond to Corrective Action Requests (CARs).
- Partner with technical leads to ensure deliverables reflect current Navy/DoD IA policies, configuration baselines, and risk acceptance decisions.
- Serve as primary QA interface to Government stakeholders (COR/ACOR, Task Order CORs), Program Manager, and functional leads.
- Facilitate QA reviews, readiness briefs, and continuous improvement sessions; maintain transparent communications on quality status and risks.
- Promote a culture of accountability, precision, and customer mission focus.
- At least 10 years of experience in Information Assurance providing IT systems support for Navy/DoD customers or directly for Navy/DoD.
- Must be able to complete certification sustainment related training/continuing education as required to maintain certification status in accordance with the contract statement of work.
- DoD-approved Information Assurance baseline certification at Information Assurance Management (IAM) Level III in accordance with DoD Directive 8570.01-M (Information Assurance Workforce Improvement Program).
