Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
- Quality Program Leadership: Establish, implement, and sustain QA frameworks, plans, procedures, and metrics aligned to program objectives and contract requirements.
- Compliance & IA Controls: Oversee adherence to applicable policies, standards, and directives.
- Process Improvement: Identify quality gaps, root causes, and corrective/preventive actions; drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Audit Readiness & Reporting: Prepare for and support internal/external audits, assessments, and inspections; develop dashboards and reports (KPIs, SLAs, defect rates, corrective action status) for government and contract leadership.
- Deliverable Review: Conduct quality reviews of technical documentation, plans, test results, change requests, and configuration baselines to ensure accuracy, completeness, and traceability.
- Risk Management: Collaborate with IA and engineering teams to identify and mitigate quality risks throughout the system lifecycle (planning, development, integration, deployment, O&M).
Salary : $127,000 - $148,000
