- Assist the Program Manager in leading, guiding, and coordinating a multidisciplinary support team to meet mission objectives.
- Plan, direct, and oversee day to day operations of the support contract, including policy formulation, workflow coordination, task prioritization, and resource planning.
- Manage operational activities related to staffing, workload distribution, performance tracking, and contract deliverable management.
- Develop, implement, and refine operational policies, procedures, and processes to enhance efficiency and contract performance.
- Coordinate the use of human resources, materials, and administrative assets to support program goals and ensure timely task execution.
- Integrate and synchronize General Administration, Business & Financial Management, and Strategic Planning activities across all contract functional areas.
- Provide analytical support, data driven insights, and operational recommendations to leadership for informed decision making.
- Monitor program milestones, assess risks and issues, and propose mitigation strategies to maintain program alignment and contract compliance.
- Facilitate communications among stakeholders, leadership, government customers, and team members to ensure cohesive program execution.
- Prepare and review operational reports, decision papers, briefings, and program documentation.
- Ensure all program activities adhere to standards, contractual requirements, and organizational policies.
- At least 10 years of experience and Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Business Management discipline, or a related field are required.
