Position title: Visitor Security Control
Location: Fort Bragg (Fort Liberty), NC
Clearance required: SECRET
Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
- Staff and operate the visitor check-in desk during duty hours.
- Perform visitor control and badging functions in accordance with Army physical security policies.
- Verify visitor access and manage information within the Defense Information System for Security (DISS).
- Provide accurate directions, customer service, and support to all incoming personnel.
- Maintain and update contractor staff information.
- Ensure adherence to security procedures and support audits or inspections as needed.
- High school diploma.
- Defense Information System for Security (DISS) training/certifications.
- Knowledge of Army Physical Security policies and procedures
- Customer service skills.
- Strong computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office.
- Ability to manage contractor staff information.
- Attention to detail.
- Ability to provide accurate directions to visitors.
- 1 year of physical security experience.
Desired/Preferred Qualifications:
- Knowledge of Physical Security program concepts and theories.
