Position title: Task Order Manager / Task Order Team Lead
Location: San Antonio, TX
Clearance required: TOP SECRET/SCI
Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
- Oversee all contractor responsibilities and manage personnel to meet section requirements outlined in the PWS.
- Support and participate in cross-functional planning for IT Solutions, Projects, and Requirements, ensuring effective inter-section collaboration.
- Monitor workforce stability and continuity, adjusting schedules as mission requirements dictate in coordination with the COR.
- Ensure full compliance with key performance parameters including cost-efficiency, schedule, responsiveness, and high-quality service delivery.
- Attend weekly meetings with Government leadership, provide status updates, address issues, and implement resolutions.
- Utilize Government ticketing systems and ensure issues are managed according to the approved priority matrix.
- Ensure compliance with Government-furnished equipment and safeguard all Government property.
- Replace or coordinate replacement of key personnel within 30 days of notification if required.
Qualifications:
- Must have a minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Management or an IT-related field, or at least six (6) years of relevant experience, clearly defined in the candidate’s resume.
- DoD 8140 approved and registered IAT Level II baseline certification, with preferred Security CE certificate, at the time of Task Order start.
- Must have an active TS-SCI security Clearance.
