Responsibilities (including but not limited to):

- Designs and develops technical solutions to address mission needs and user requirements.
- Integrates diverse systems and technologies to create cohesive and functional solutions.
- Analyzes system performance using telemetry data, operational metrics, and feedback.
- Identifies trends, anticipates challenges, and proposes solutions to improve system reliability.
- Maintains a thorough understanding of the operational environment and its unique demands.
- Adapts engineering solutions to align with mission-critical workflows and constraints.
- Collaborates with teams to address potential system issues before they escalate.
- Presents actionable recommendations and Courses of Action (COAs) to resolve challenges and enhance performance.
- Refines and optimizes system designs to maximize efficiency, resilience, and user satisfaction.
- Proposes and implements innovative strategies to align systems with evolving mission requirements.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
- 4 years experience in related field.
- Possess a valid U.S. state vehicle operator’s license.
- Certification: IAT Level 2 or higher.
