PWS Title: Senior Subject Matter Expert Target Engagement Systems

Responsibilities:
- Support SGM and Deputy TES as TES SME for SOF individual and crew-served weapons and small arms ammunition.
- Prepare and develop requirements documentation (ICDs, CDDs, SPECAT, BOIPs, Test Plans, project folders).
- Provide advice and training on advanced drilling/technology applications where applicable, as well as explosive planning factors when tied to TES test environments.
- Support design, testing, and fielding of weapons and ammunition solutions aligned with SOF requirements.
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum 10 years in weapons and small arms ammunition development, testing, or fielding, including 3–5 years working with SOF or specialized weapons programs.
- Familiarity with industry SAAMI specifications and small arms employment TTPs.
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Ballistics, or related field, or equivalent armorer/ordnance background.
- TOP SECRET clearance.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with weapons/ammunition requirements development and test range operations.
