PWS Title: Senior Subject Matter Expert Electronic Warfare (EW)
Location: Fort Belvoir, VA
Clearance Type: Top Secret
Responsibilities:
- Provide EW SME support for design, development, test, and fielding of advanced ISR, EW, and SIGINT capabilities in support of SOF mission planning and F3EAD.
- Support T&E planning, oversight, and evaluation of current and next-generation EW/SIGINT equipment, including CONUS/OCONUS environments.
- Support requirements aggregation and tracking in registers/RCMs and review SOOs, SOWs, and PWSs.
- Evaluate proposals for compliance with RFPs and programmatic considerations of cost, schedule, performance, and risk.
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum 10 years of hands-on experience with EW/SIGINT/ISR systems, including 3–5 years in T&E, integration, or operational employment within DoD.
- Strong understanding of EW techniques, threat systems, and countermeasures.
- Experience with requirements management and acquisition documentation.
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronic Warfare, or related field.
- TOP SECRET clearance.
Preferred Qualifications:
- SOF, joint EW, or intelligence community program experience.
- Experience managing or overseeing FSR contracts and global EW support.
