Position Title: Senior Program Manager
Location: Fort Benning, GA
Clearance required: SECRET
Scope of Work: Serves as the Program Manager responsible for performance of all work under the contract, with full authority to act for the contractor on all contract matters relating to daily operations. Provides program management support to the MCoE G-6 office and tracks all aspects of the IT Services contract.
Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
- Serve as the single point of contact with full authority to act on all contract matters.
- Provide PM support to the MCoE G-6 office and track all aspects of the IT Services contract.
- Create and maintain all project management plans.
- Ensure service quality meets the PWS, QASP, and Performance Requirements Summary.
- Present the Quality Control Plan to the COR and G-6 leadership.
- Designate an alternate (ETS Lead) to act in the PM's absence.
- Master's Degree with at least 8 years, or Bachelor's Degree with at least 12 years, of experience in a technical and military school training environment
- At least 8 years of supervisory experience managing projects or programs of similar scope and size for the Government or a Government client
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
- Active SECRET clearance in good standing on the first day of the contract
