PWS Title: Senior Logistician (LGT3)

Responsibilities:
- Oversee end-to-end property accountability functions across NSWC PCD warehouses.
- Interpret and apply DoDI 5000.64, DoDM 4140.01 Vol 9, and NAVSUP P-723 to ensure compliant lifecycle management of Government property.
- Develop, implement, and monitor internal controls to maintain 100 % traceability of all accountable items in Navy ERP and DPAS.
- Conduct data analyses to identify trends, discrepancies, or process bottlenecks; recommend corrective actions and process improvements.
- Coordinate audit preparation and reconciliation efforts with the Government Property Administrator and COR.
- Mentor and provide technical oversight to Supply Technicians, Material Coordinators, and Warehouse Specialists.
- Prepare recurring reports, CDRL deliverables, and status updates per contract requirements
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply-Chain Management, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 7 years of DoD or Navy logistics and property-accountability experience.
- Advanced knowledge of Navy ERP, DPAS, and Navy supply-chain documentation procedures.
- Strong familiarity with DoD Financial Management Regulation 7000.14-R and NSWC inventory control standards.
- Secret security clearance
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certified Professional Property Administrator (CPPA) or DAWIA Level II in Life Cycle Logistics.
- Experience with NSWC Panama City or other Navy warfare centers
