Position title: Recruiter
Location: Tampa, FL (Onsite)
Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Assist with sourcing, contacting, setting up interviews and follow up with candidates for open requisitions.
- As instructed, monitor, add and remove job postings.
- Pare-screen applicants to match background and work experience to written job description.
- Ensures the accuracy and completion of all new hire documentation prior to the first day of employment.
- Perform employee onboarding from start to finish to include gathering all required documents.
- Creates, completes, and stores employee files according to PTP processes.
- Update PERSTAT daily with the status of new employees, adding new vacancies, and reporting losses on employees.
- Notify the Security Team and Travel with any resignations or gains in personnel.
- Follow up with Program Managers regularly to obtain status on submittals of new candidates.
- Conducts employment reference checks on final candidates as needed.
- Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.
