PWS Title: Material Coordinator
Location: Panama City Beach, FL
Clearance Type: Secret
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate all inbound/outbound material movements with Government personnel, couriers, and shipping agencies.
- Monitor stock levels and initiate replenishment requests based on usage and lead times.
- Validate data integrity in Navy ERP, maintaining alignment between electronic records and physical inventory.
- Manage shelf-life and HAZMAT segregation in accordance with DoDM 4140.27 and NAVSUP P-538.
- Prepare reports for asset status, transfers, and inventory adjustments for Government review.
- Support the Warehouse Manager with performance metrics and monthly reporting.
Required Qualifications:
- Associate’s degree in Logistics or Business Administration.
- 4 years of material coordination or supply operations experience within DoD.
- Proficiency in Navy ERP, DPAS, and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Secret clearance
Preferred Qualifications:
- DAWIA Level I Life Cycle Logistics or CPPA Certification
