Position title: Lead Information Assurance/Cyber Security Program Manager
Location: San Antonio, TX
Clearance required: TOP SECRET/SCI
Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
- Oversee and manage the day-to-day cybersecurity/IA services for all systems and supported programs, including mission, RDT&E, and standalone infrastructure.
- Coordinate cybersecurity compliance activities, including Risk Management Framework (RMF), vulnerability management, TEMPEST, and incident reporting.
- Ensure all networked and non-networked systems comply with the most current DoD, Air Force, and federal guidance, and maintain ongoing authority to operate.
- Report to both the Wing Cybersecurity Office and the AFLCMC/HNC CSO/ISSM, ensuring reporting accuracy and timeliness.
- Maintain documentation of compliance activities, vulnerability assessments, and mitigation actions.
- Serve as focal point for media control, accountability, and distribution for the organization.
- Lead efforts relating to cybersecurity training, certification compliance, and workforce readiness.
Qualifications:
- DoD 8140.01 IAM Level II (or the most current DoD standard).
- Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) certification.
- Must maintain IAT Level II baseline certification.
- Possess and maintain Top Secret/SCI clearance and valid CI Polygraph, or obtain within 6 months of contract start.
