Position title: Instructor
Location: Virginia Beach, VA
Clearance required: TOP SECRET with SCI eligibility
Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
- Support the delivery, assessment, and reporting of Mission Qualification Training (MQT) programs to ensure alignment with operational training objectives.
- Deliver curriculum in accordance with established training standards and provide subject matter expertise during instruction.
- Validate and refine assessment materials, including knowledge checks, performance evaluations, and practical exercises.
- Collect, compile, and analyze training data to support program metrics and performance assessments.
- Maintain accurate attendance records and ensure proper documentation of completion requirements.
- Generate training reports, after action reviews, and other documentation in support of program and customer requirements.
- Update training content and materials to reflect changes in equipment, procedures, or mission needs.
- Minimum 3 years of experience delivering hands on training with UxS platforms as a designated Military or Civilian equivalent Instructor.
- Completed and current Basic Life Support (BLS - AED and CPR).
- Fully understands CNSWCINST 1500.1A NSW High Risk Training Safety.
