Position title: Site Lead Information Management Officer
Location: Fort Sill, OK
Clearance required: SECRET
Position Summary: Serves as the primary on-site representative and manager. Responsible for the technical and administrative coordination of all customer and contractor IT work orders. Ensures mission-critical support to the FCoE and subordinate organizations.
Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
- Manage on-site operations and serve as the single point of contact for the COR.
- Guarantee a 30-minute response time for on-site meetings and 2-hour emergency response.
- Oversee lifecycle support for 10,000 ADP systems, including servers, desktops, and mobile devices.
- Manage recruitment and retention to ensure NLT 30-day backfill for all vacancies.
- Possess an associate’s degree in information systems/computer science or technically related degree; OR three (3) years of technically related field experience in desktop support or network administration.
- Minimum of two (2) years of client support in a Microsoft Windows based environment (Windows 11 w/ Microsoft 365).
- Experience providing client support for users on Microsoft Windows network operating systems in a Microsoft Intune environment using applications in Microsoft 365 (including Outlook, OneDrive, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, OneNote, SharePoint, Teams, Viva Engage and Access).
- Strong base of experience in troubleshooting and resolving desktop related issues or user problems.
- Knowledge in PC imaging, connectivity, remote printer setup and troubleshooting automated E-Mail systems.
- Ability to quickly and accurately diagnose and resolve problems with computer hardware/software from a remote location.
- Experience in implementing systems security to include managing and issuing passwords, establishing user/group accounts, and recommending and developing file permission attributes.
- Understanding and experience with general connectivity issues in LAN/WAN/Internet environments.
- Active SECRET security clearance.
